UK mainland orders over £120 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders below the threshold use a £7.95 standard delivery charge. Stock messages and dispatch estimates appear on each product page; these are estimates until the order is confirmed.
Inspection on arrival
Check quantities, finish, visible damage and compatibility before installation. Report transit damage promptly and retain the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Returns
Contact us before returning an item so it can be identified and routed correctly. Products that have been installed, modified or specially ordered may not be returnable unless faulty. Statutory rights are not affected.
Incorrect or faulty goods
Provide the order number, SKU, quantity and clear photographs. We will confirm the next step after review.
