Ordering terms

These terms explain how orders, pricing, payment, delivery and returns are handled by JJ Care Solutions. Product availability and delivery estimates are confirmed during checkout. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued.

Prices and payment

Storefront prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be authorised before dispatch.

Returns

Unused products may be returned in accordance with UK consumer law. Hygiene-sensitive products may only be returned when sealed and unused unless faulty.
