Straightforward UK delivery

Standard tracked delivery is £4.95. Orders with a product subtotal of £50 or more qualify for free tracked delivery. The available method and final cost are confirmed at checkout.

Dispatch and tracking

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch on working days. Tracking details are sent when the carrier accepts the parcel. Bulky products or remote destinations may require an additional service, which will be shown before payment.

Returns

Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions. Products should be unused and in their original packaging. Sealed hygiene products cannot normally be returned after opening unless faulty.
